Speakers

Fadzi Whande

Fadzi Whande is a multi-award-winning Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategist and Social Justice Advocate. She has 20+ years of experience partnering with government agencies, organizations, academic institutions, businesses, faith-based organizations, and communities seeking to advance and integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles into organizational practices. She is currently the Chief of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Section at the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR).

Fadzi is a passionate and inspiring global leader with a proven track record in successfully designing and implementing large scale DEI, strategies, plans and capacity building programs. She is TEDx speaker and in addition to her solid expertise, Fadzi’ s dedication to highlighting individual lived experience is an excellent opportunity for our association to continue our journey towards greater diversity and inclusion.

 

Heidi Robertson

ABB has taken substantial steps to contribute to the diversity agenda. Not only internally, but also in the markets in which they operate around the world.  ABB's Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2030 has become an integrated culture carrier and change agent for the company.

Heidi Robertson, Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion at ABB, will be sharing her lessons learned from developing, launching and running a D&I strategy in a global company with more than 105,000 employees in 100 countries across the world.

 

Dr. Katja Raithel

Katja has formed a 15+ year international career at the forefront of strategic HR, having held multiple global responsibilities at organisations such as Daimler AG, Lufthansa Group, Allianz Group and Credit Suisse. She is currently Group Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing at Zurich Insurance. Katja’s focus is guiding companies and individuals with the human side of their business, increasingly important in the digital era. ‍ Katja’s leadership experience traverses home bases out of Stuttgart, Munich, Frankfurt, Los Angeles, Sao Paulo and now Zurich. Katja holds a PhD from the Rotterdam School of Management.

 

Anna Manuzzi

Anna is a DEI expert and public speaker Catalyst, working with leading global organisations as a Relationship Manager to create more diverse, inclusive and flexible workplaces. Her passion lies in personal development and providing the tools for positive change in others’ lives. She believes that to change a culture, we must come from a place of understanding and start on the individual level. As a yoga teacher and facilitator, she does exactly that.

 

Dr. Guenther Dobrauz

Guenther is a Partner with PwC in Zurich and Leader of PwC Legal Switzerland. He is the author of several books on innovation and disruption. Guenther is an entrepreneur and innovator in the legal field fully embracing technology, and believes in providing an inspiring and rewarding environment where interdisciplinary and diverse teams of passionate specialists collaborate on the basis of trust and respect. He is also a co-founder of exelixis capital AG – the first Swiss venture capital set up focusing on circular economy and innovation.

 

Matthias Mölleney

Previously EVP Human Resources at Swissair and other international companies and founder of consulting firm peopleXpert gmbh, Matthias is since 2009 Head of the Center for Human Resources Management & Leadership at the HWZ University of Applied Sciences Zurich. Matthias is a Director since 2015 at the international think tank “The Future of Work Forum”, London, and a member of various foundations and boards of directors.
