Short Description: Digitization is taking a major role in decision making processes. Until 2024 almost 70% of all tasks covered by managers will be automated. At the same time trust & ethics in technology are becoming one of the main issues - requested by internal (e.g. employees) and external stakeholders (e.g. customers, investors) and as well amplified by the regulators. Companies are needed to respond to new areas like digital wellbeing and privacy challenges. Therefore, digital ethics needs to be addressed today.
